Liberty Advance Retreat Center.. where the upcoming ayurveda/yoga retreat is being held. What a cool space! Change of plans for Ayurveda/Yoga retreat location!!!

The original spot for the Summer Soulstice Ayurveda/Yoga retreat has been relocated. It is now in San Diego county (hour east of San Diego). Great space! Even more homey! Interested?.. Call A.S.A.P to sign up. If you just want to take the Ayurvedic Cooking class on Sunday, it is  $79 and would also include partaking and/or observing in seminars, workshops etc.. after 12 p.m. as well as dinner and evening festivities! Success!

The cooking class was a success! We had so much fun in the kitchen together, and sharing our knowledge with the group was priceless. There is so much interest, it truly is exciting. The classes will keep coming, and each will bring a new idea(s).. we are feeling it out. Who knows what it will  be next time. Maybe African, or possibly Jamaican?
